We receive account IDs, messages, comments, timestamps and limited context to answer inquiries, route requests, protect the service and prevent duplicate replies. Callback numbers are optional and should be sent privately, not posted publicly.

Enabled assisted-reply routes use OpenAI with inquiry text after reducing visible identifiers, public WNPRO service information and limited operational context. Redaction is not guaranteed anonymization. Attachments are not sent to the model by this integration. API response storage is disabled; provider security retention can still apply. Avoid secrets and sensitive information. Replies are automated, may be wrong and do not accept contracts or binding quotes. Ask for a human or use phone/email instead. Availability differs by platform.

Events enter an encrypted WNPRO-hosted queue with a 24-hour operational expiry; expired entries are cleared during queue processing. GitHub runs integration workflows and stores identifiers/status for deduplication. Private message text and phone numbers are not intentionally committed to repository files or workflow logs. If you request a callback and supply a number, necessary lead details may be sent to hello@wnpro.com for authorized staff. Correspondence remains in platform/mail systems as needed for the purpose, obligations, claims and backup cycles.

Necessary recipients include authorized staff, hosting/email providers, GitHub, OpenAI and the relevant social platform. Processing may occur outside Saudi Arabia, subject to applicable Saudi transfer bases, safeguards and requirements. This notice is not unrestricted transfer consent. We do not sell messages. Platform policies also apply.

Processing is for responding, routing, follow-up and security, based on relevant consent where required, legitimate interests in necessary non-sensitive inquiry processing subject to your rights, or an existing agreement/legal duty where applicable. Contacting us is not blanket marketing permission. Data no longer needed is destroyed or de-identified subject to legal obligations and independent systems.

Proportionate verification and statutory periods/exceptions apply. Complaints may be submitted through SDAIA’s platform.
